The goal was clear from the start: outstanding red wines. 2025 is the first meaningful yield from these young vines, making the J our debut. Aged in 500-litre oak barrels.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe J stands for the young vines – but just as much for our son Jakob. The vineyard was replanted in his birth year.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, delicate red fruit – wild raspberry, a hint of cherry stone, joined by toasted bread crust from the oak. On the palate it's fine yet powerful: refined tannin, long and captivating. Like our Rieslings, this wine is thoroughly seductive and invites you straight to the next glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA first vintage that clearly hints at more to come.
