2024 Pinot Noir Rosé Dry

Our Pinot Noir Rosé is full-bodied and creamy, yet lively and full of grip. The aromas range from raspberry and strawberry to blood orange and a fine bitterness. A real play of colour – beautiful to watch as it glitters in the glass. For us it's our absolute summer wine, and that comes down to how it's made: we let the juice sit briefly with the skins before pressing, drawing out the noble colour of the Pinot Noir. Delicate, yet still full-bodied.

The vines stand on slate soils around Briedel and are around 30 years old – hand-harvested, certified organic. The wine for summer on the terrace, for Mediterranean salads, tomatoes, garlic and cheese.
