Friday: Arrival in Reil
Reil is easy to reach by train – the station is just a few minutes' walk from our holiday apartment at Kringstraße 32. After arriving, an evening stroll along the Mosel is worthwhile before heading into the vineyards the next day.
Saturday: Vineyards, hiking and wine tasting
The Moselsteig trail runs right through Reil; alternatively, a loop on the vineyard nature trail or a look at the striking rock formation "Reiler Schlange" is well worth it. In the afternoon or early evening, come to our winery: in the guided wine tasting you'll sample several of our organic wines and learn how they're made.
Sunday: A trip into the surroundings
For your last day, two directions are worth exploring: towards Pünderich to the Prinzenkopf tower with a view over the Mosel loop, or towards Alf to the nearly 1,000-year-old Arras Castle with its castle hotel, restaurant, café and museum. If you still have time, extend the trip to Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach or Cochem – all centrally reachable from Reil.
