How it works
After a warm welcome, we start with a short introduction to our winery. Then we taste the wines together while talking about their origin, character and the work behind them. Questions are welcome at any time – a wine tasting with us thrives on conversation.

Why Taste Wine at Weingut Arns
Our vineyards lie on both sides of the Moselle, around Reil and Briedel – some parcels were planted by my grandfather, others have only been in the ground a few years. We've farmed organically since 2011, and we pick by hand. That's the difference from a tasting somewhere in a bar: at our table you're not sitting with a member of staff, but with the family that works the vineyard all year round. If you want to know why the 2025 tastes different from the 2024, you get the answer from someone who was there for both harvests.
How to find us
Weingut Arns, Kringstraße 36, 56861 Reil an der Mosel. Parking right at the house. Reil station is a few minutes' walk away, and the Moselle cycle path runs past the village – if you're travelling by bike, a tasting fits neatly into the day's stage. From Traben-Trarbach, Zell, Kröv or Bernkastel-Kues it's a short drive.
Who this is for
For anyone spending a holiday on the Middle Moselle who wants to do more than drink wine – who wants to understand what's happening in the glass: couples, groups of friends, cyclists and walkers on the Moselsteig trail, company outings and birthdays. And if you're planning to stay longer anyway – our holiday apartment is right above the winery, so after the tasting the way home is one flight of stairs.
