White Organic Mulled Wine

We set out to make the deliberate opposite of the sweet mulled wine from the Christmas market: less sugar, drier in character, and instead of flavouring from a bottle, real spices you can pick out individually. Cinnamon, clove, a touch of orange peel – nothing that buries the wine underneath. It stays a wine you can still recognise even when warmed, rather than something that just tastes of hot sugar.

Made for cold winter evenings outdoors, by the fire or on the balcony, when you want something warm in your hand that still doesn't taste crude. Anyone who has only ever known mulled wine as sweet should try this one before making up their mind.
