2023 Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé

For this sparkling wine we hand-harvest the Pinot Noir as always and press the whole clusters very gently. That's what gives it its fine, coppery salmon colour and an aroma somewhere between grapefruit and raspberry, with a subtle smoky note alongside hints of yeast and freshly baked bread that you only find in sparkling wines with long lees ageing.

It's one of our absolute favourite sparkling wines and one you can often taste at our wine tastings. We recommend it with brunch, cured salmon, garlic prawns, or pastries with goat's cheese. Despite its opulent colour, it's very fine and dry on the palate. Not just for toasting, but for savouring and staying with – through the whole evening, if not the whole day.
