2024 Pinot Gris/Pinot Blanc Dry
Grau/Weiss is our dry blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc: full-bodied, almost creamy, with low acidity and completely dry. Pear and quince, plus ripe pineapple and a hint of banana.
The vines grow around Reil on slate, hand-harvested and certified organic. This is another one Richard, my father, is very fond of. Pairs well with risotto and pasta with porcini. A wine for anyone who likes white wine but doesn't want to drink Riesling every single time.
