2024 Estate Bottling, Dry

Our 2024 dry estate bottling is our Swiss Army knife – a down-to-earth organic white wine from the Moselle, a blend with pleasant balance and plenty of fruit: peach and apple, easy-drinking and uncomplicated. The grapes grow on the red slate soils of our home vineyard, barely 500 metres from the winery – hand-harvested, farmed organically and regeneratively, with an eye toward living soil. The everyday wine for hikes, the terrace, or just because. Best kept well chilled and always on hand.

We also call it our handshake wine – the one we can bring anywhere and stand behind. Same handwork, same reduced yields as our top wines. Just more easygoing in style.
