2024 Estate Bottling Dry

Our 2024 Estate Bottling Dry is our Swiss Army knife – a down-to-earth organic white wine from the Moselle, a cuvée with pleasant balance and plenty of fruit: peach and apple, easy-drinking and uncomplicated. The grapes grow on the red slate soils of our home vineyard, less than 500 meters from the winery – hand-harvested, farmed ecologically and regeneratively, with an eye on living soil. The everyday wine for hiking trips, the terrace, and just because. Best kept well chilled and always in stock.

We also call it our handshake – the wine we can show up with anywhere. Same handwork, same reduced yield as our top wines. Just more easygoing in style.
