Reserve Extra Brut

The Reserve is our newest project in the sparkling wine line, and our very first release: the base is the same Riesling as our Extra Brut, but with 60 months on the lees instead of the usual time – a long wait that shows in the glass. Colour and expression are more intense than the Extra Brut, the bead finer, almost creamy, yet the wine stays fresh and precise, never heavy.

We produce it entirely in-house, from riddling to disgorgement, in our old vaulted cellar. A sparkling wine for occasions that deserve a little more time, or as a gift for someone who truly appreciates what a long lees ageing means. As our very first release, we're especially curious to hear what you think of it.
